COME CELEBRATE OUR EXPANSION!
McHale’s acquired the 16,000 square foot gym attached to The Gardens of Park Hill. McHale’s renovated one third of the gym space to add a brand new, state of the art commercial prep kitchen, allowing food for all of McHale’s events to be prepped in the new commissary and transported to the event location to cook.
McHale’s Executive Chef, Chris Weist, will now be able to oversee the entire culinary staff, ensuring the highest quality of food. The renovation also included the addition of a second floor allowing for fourteen new offices and two new conference rooms. The new offices feature the latest technology including: internet phone systems and new computer systems, allowing staff to be more mobile and accessible to our clients.
“The expanded space, state of the art equipment and increased storage area will allow our chefs to continue to change and expand our menus keeping up with the ever changing trends in the food industry. It will also allow McHale’s to continue to grow our on-premise and off-premise catering operation as we have done over the past 21 years,” stated Chuck McHale, President of McHale’s Events and Catering.
