McHale’s Hospitality Group “Giving Back to
our Community” Giveaway
Official Rules
- Applying organizations must be recognized as tax-exempt under Section
501 ( c ) ( 3 ) of the Internal Revenue Service Code.
- Applying organizations must be located in the Northern Kentucky/Greater
Cincinnati area and provide services to individuals living in these
communities.
- Applying organization must be fiscally sound, have a strong governing
board and have measurable program outcomes and community impact.
Giveaway Details
- All applications must be received by December 14, 2007
- The winner will receive a fundraising package
valued at $6000. The package will include the use of one of McHale’s Hospitality Groups
three banquet rooms for up to four hours, all set-up and clean up of
the room, professional banquet staff, a rolling hors d’oeuvre
buffet, beverage service and a open bar for bottled beer and wine.
The guaranteed guest count cannot exceed 300 guests. The event must
take place on any Friday or select Saturday night before Easter of
2009.
- The winning organization will be selected by January
31, 2008. A committee made up of McHale’s Hospitality Group
employees will select the winner.
Application Process
- Complete the application which is available online in
Microsoft Word or in Adobe
PDF.
- Email or mail the completed application and supporting
documents to the attention of Jenny Schneider by the application deadline.
Please do not submit applications in person.
