The Renovation of the Gardens: Part 2 of 3

Taking out a loan for nearly $150,000, McHales proceeds to rip out and gut the old Wood Brothers Building.
Everything from the windows to the floor is removed.
The ceiling also needed to be removed, as well as the steel pipes placed throughout the room to help make a more open space for receptions.
A large hole in the middle of the floor is roped off to later become a grand staircase.
